Activities
We realise the value and importance of retaining contact with the community. Participation in social activities and entertainment provides valuable stimulation, motivation, and adds to the quality of life for us all.
Consequently, our Social Activities Co-ordinators work hard to plan a full schedule of activities so that every day provides new opportunities for meeting people.
Trips to the surrounding countryside,local theatre and events are arranged. Digital TV is available in our new wing and we regularly organise activities such as bingo, quizzes and crafts.
Residents particularly enjoy the various musicians and entertainers who visit. The mobile library also visits us regularly and daily newspapers are supplied upon request.
Video films are shown frequently in the library including old favourites and new releases, and family and friends are always welcome to come and join us.
