Our specialised Care Team place the emphasis on empowering individuals, to assist (as and when required) in maximising their independence in daily living, working together to improve or maintain skills, mobility, and social networks-activities.
Early Stage Dementia
Our specialised Care Team seek to assist and maximise Independence, and life skills in all activities of daily living, providing discrete and supportive assistance (as and when required) by using therapeutic approaches including reminiscence and activities programmers.
